Clients can choose from our ready styles or provide custom design concepts. Detailed size specifications, sketches, or physical samples can be sent to develop sample confirmations.

Contract & Pro-Invoice

Upon pricing and shipping terms confirmation, the client issues the official Order Sheet/Contract. We then provide a Proforma Invoice for T/T advance payment or L/C issuance.

Bulk Production & QA

Production begins on the bulk order. If required, we can prepare production samples or testing swatches. In-line and final quality inspections are performed for every piece.

Shipment & Delivery

Before shipment, a detailed packing list is sent to the client. We accept a +/-5% variation in order quantity. Logistics can be handled via our shipping forwarder or the client's preferred carrier.

Pricing, MOQ & Payments

• Pricing: Provided on a FOB basis. Bulk discounts are negotiable depending on final order quantity.
• Sample Fee: 1.5 to 2 times the bulk order price. Extra sample fees are fully refunded once the style order meets the minimum order quantity.
• Payments: T/T with a 30% deposit (balance before shipping), or L/C.
• MOQ: 10pcs per style/color/size for knitted cashmere accessories. 100pcs per style/color (mix sizes) for knitwear (sweaters, pants, robes). Woven items require a minimum based on the style and size.
• Lead-times: Sample lead-time is about 15-30 days; bulk order lead-time is based on style and quantity.
• Packaging & Shipping details: Standard individual PE polybags and export cartons. Small lots (1-3 cartons) ship in 7-10 days via air/express. Container cargo takes 30-60 days by sea.

Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services. We can customize patterns, colors, dimensions, and add customized labels or hang tags based on your design specifications.

What are the lead times for samples and bulk orders?

The sample lead-time is approximately 15 to 30 days. For bulk orders, the lead-time depends on the complexity of the style and the final order quantity.

What is your sample fee policy?

Our sample fee is 1.5 to 2 times the bulk order price. Once an order is confirmed and meets the minimum order quantity requirement for the specific style, the extra sample fee will be refunded.
