Pricing & Payment
Prices are offered on a FOB port basis. Standard payment: T/T 30% deposit, balance paid before shipping, or L/C at sight. Sample fees are 1.5-2 times bulk price, refundable when bulk order meets MOQ.

What materials are available for your shawls and scarfs?
We offer products made of 100% Cashmere, 100% Wool, blends (such as 50% Cashmere and 50% Wool), silk-cashmere, and other natural fibers like bamboo, ramie, and linen yarn.
Can I request customized designs or OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we support both ODM and OEM services. You can choose from our ready styles or provide custom sketches, size details, and sample materials for customization. We can also print custom cloth labels and supply standard PE polybags and export cartons.
What are the minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements?
For knitted cashmere and wool products (like scarfs and shawls), the MOQ is 10 pieces per style/color/size. For cashmere knitwear (like sweaters, pants, and robes), the MOQ is 100 pieces per style/color, which can be distributed across mixed sizes. For woven items, the MOQ will depend on the specific style and dimensions.
What are your standard payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipping. We also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Sample fees are charged at 1.5 to 2 times the bulk price and will be refunded upon placing an official order that meets MOQ.
What is the expected lead time for samples and bulk production?
Sample lead time is approximately 15 to 30 days. Bulk production lead time is determined based on the design complexity and final order quantity.
How do you ensure quality control and delivery?
We carry out thorough in-line and final inspections for each order. We also prepare test swatches and production samples upon request. For delivery, samples and small shipments take 7-10 days by air/express, while sea shipments range between 30-60 days.
