Can I get a Sample?
We do support samples first for checking. Sample costs will be refundable and deducted from bulk orders.
What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
10pcs for stock items, and more than 360pcs for custom designs.
How long is your delivery (lead) time?
Delivery lead time: 3-5 working days for Stock goods; 15-20 working days for custom designs. Shipping time: 6-8 working days via DHL/FedEx/UPS or 15-25 working days via EMS.
Is it OK to print my LOGO on the Product/Package?
Yes, please kindly let us know your logo details and we will make a draft design for you.
If I have my own design, can you make it?
Sure! Our factory specializes in manufacturing. We support both OEM and ODM; just send your design requirements (size, color, material, etc.).
How about your after-sales service?
Our professional workers check each item carefully before delivery. If you find any damaged goods, please send us pictures within 2 days, and we will process a return for the damaged items.
