What format do you need for the logo?
We accept various formats including PDF, AI, JPG, CDR, and PSD.
Can I order a sample cap before mass production?
Surely you can order a hat sample first to check quality, but we need to charge a sample fee based on your design artwork.
What is your MOQ for production?
Our MOQ is 10pcs per color per design. Larger quantities are eligible for lower prices.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Normally it is 15-25 days after approval of hat samples and payment. Urgent orders can be discussed.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance. We require a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
